Restoring dignity and economic independence
Our Widows Empowerment Program addresses the unique challenges faced by women who have lost their spouses. In many communities, widows face social stigma, economic hardship, and loss of identity. We provide comprehensive support including vocational training, micro-business grants, psychosocial counseling, and community integration activities. Our approach empowers widows to rebuild their lives with dignity, becoming self-sufficient contributors to their families and communities.
Program Objectives
- Provide vocational skills training in tailoring, catering, and crafts
- Offer micro-business grants and financial literacy education
- Create support groups for emotional healing and community
- Facilitate access to healthcare and legal assistance
- Build sustainable income-generating cooperatives

- 6-month intensive skills training programs
- Seed capital grants ranging from ₦50,000-₦250,000
- Weekly support group meetings
- Annual widows conference and networking events
- Mentorship matching with successful widow entrepreneurs
