Legal Oversight
A. R. Omuvwie, Esq. serves as the independent legal attorney for KUTH Foundation, representing the organization in all legal matters, ensuring governance compliance, and safeguarding the Foundation's interests in partnerships, contracts, and regulatory affairs. His role as an independent trustee provides external accountability and legal integrity to the Board.
