2025 Annual Report
Repositioning for Renewed Impact

KUTH Foundation's 2025 Annual Report records the year truthfully as a period of organisational repositioning. No organised programme activities or public events were delivered during 2025 because adequate programme funding was unavailable. The year was used to reconsider the Foundation's operating model and begin planning its 2026–2027 programmes and events.

Since establishing Keep Up The Hope (KUTH) Foundation in 2011, I have personally funded its charitable work through my personal and business resources. This approach allowed KUTH to respond quietly to vulnerable individuals, families and communities without depending on public fundraising. However, it also placed the sustainability of the Foundation's work heavily on the financial capacity of one person.
In 2025, that funding model reached a practical limit. Financial constraints meant that KUTH did not conduct programme activities during the year. We will not present plans as achievements or claim beneficiaries we did not serve. Instead, we used the period to reconsider how the Foundation should be organised, funded and positioned for its next phase.
The lesson from 2025 is not that KUTH's mission became less important. It is that the mission requires a more sustainable institutional foundation. The 2026–2027 programme therefore marks a deliberate transition towards responsible grant applications, partnerships, sponsorships and in-kind support, supported by clearly defined programmes, realistic budgets and stronger accountability requirements.
Our commitment remains unchanged: to support vulnerable individuals, families and communities with dignity, fairness and practical hope.
