KUTH Micro-Scheme Established

The Story
In 2015, KUTH Foundation established the Micro-Schemes for the Underprivileged (MSU) program — a sustainable livelihood creation initiative for ultra-poor households. The program introduced Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), asset transfers, technical assistance, and a 24-month graduation pathway out of poverty. Unlike one-off donations, the micro-scheme was designed to create self-reliant pathways, not dependency cycles.
