The Story
The 2014 Essay Writing Contest engaged secondary school students across Lagos State in creative and critical thinking on social issues. Students were challenged to write essays on topics related to the seven social vices targeted by KUTH Foundation — drugs, cultism, prostitution, exam malpractice, and more. The contest combined academic rigor with social awareness, rewarding outstanding essays with scholarships, educational materials, and public recognition.
